01/10/2011 / Social Network Analysis Workshop

People in Beta is a festival about startup culture, diy and co-working hosted on the 1st of October at betahaus in Berlin.

As a part of this festival Nodus Labs will do a workshop on social network analysis starting at 13.30, finishing at 14.30 (reserve your space on people in beta festival website).

Also, betahaus cafe will be a space where everyone can host their own session, so right after the workshop, at 14.30, we’ll host the second Gephi meetup in Berlin downstairs at one of the open tables. If you don’t know Gephi, it’s the most user-friendly graph visualization and network analysis program you can find. It’s free, open-source, and runs on PC, Mac and Linux. Together with the other guests we’ll talk about the different ways we use Gephi and Dmitry from Nodus Labs will show some practical applications of Gephi for text network analysis and social network analysis.

Try InfraNodus Text Network Visualization Tool developed by Nodus Labs. You can use it to make sense of disjointed bits and pieces of information, get visual summaries for text documents, and generate insight for your research process: www.infranodus.com

You are welcome to come and join in!

On the internet people come and go, but we would like to stay in touch. If you like what you're reading, please, consider connecting to Nodus Labs on Facebook, Twitter and Patreon, so we can inform you about the latest updates and engage in a dialogue.
